لماذا التحديث الجديد فقط للمشتركين الذين يملكون احدث تلفونات وليس لي امتلك هذه التلفون اليس من حقي ان اعرف تحركاتي في هذا البنك
Device isn’t registered for this service
I’ve logged in from my mac, from the beginning I was using my iPhone for accessing the app, after I used it on mac I couldn’t log in from my phone it says” device isn’t registered for this service”. One more thing is that I am a Jordanian and I have opened my account in Jordan whenever I choose jordan then the touch id it shows an error but when use Palestine it logs in perfectly, this procedure done on mac on my iPhone for both it shows the same error up above.

لم أستطع التحويل من حسابي في البنك الى حسابات في بنوك أخرى حيث لم أجد في ال app هذا الخيار.

For those who can’t log in
If you used to log in then you could not after the last update just delete the first zero in your user name number and insert the rest of the numbers.
It took me a while to know, I don’t know why I wasn’t notified in some way by the bank.
The finger print identification was my suggestion for a long time and I’m glad to see it practiced.
