Worst app and worst healthcare company I’ve ever dealt with.
Very slow to respond on iPhone

Maybe things will get better, but so far I’m finding the app to be the most complicated reimbursement mechanism I’ve ever seen!
Decidedly NOT User Friendly
Difficult to navigate. Not intuitive. Can’t tell what’s been spent bs what’s left. No indication that reimbursement checks have been sent. Terrible app.
Fix your app!
Please fix the app so that you can be helpful in making my life and others a little less complicated! Don’t promote it if it doesn’t work!!!!
Worked great until now
Asking me to update the app. There are no available updates. V frustrating.

App was working last week. Now it’s telling me to download the latest version. But no update available.
Can not access the App
The app was working just fine, now when I try to get into it, it keeps asking me to use the latest version, but when it takes me to the App Store it doesn’t have an option to update, only open. Very frustrating!
