Push notification cannot be removed
Please update app so that already seen push notifications disapper after they have been seen. This issue is serius because it can cause false alert. Overal app is good.mmmikka

The app is great on iPhone. But on Apple Watch??? Yeah no. It keeps on saying I need a better connection. Ik my connection is fast and good. Who ever made the app please fix the app on the Apple Watchjunkboxcat

Not working on my Apple Watch. Or a few other people’s watches I know either. It keeps saying the Make sure the WiFi network of your smartphone is stable. I know it’s stable, I’ve tried it many times in different places as well, all with the same result.awatkins777
Great system
I have really enjoyed the W020 I purchased earlier this year. I did have issues when trying to set up but found it to be issues with my network, not the product. I use the arm and disarm functions and view the camera. The only reason fo 4 stars is it does not let you name more than 10 of the sensors. Should allow for all 30 to be renamed.dfwsig
Horrendous
The app constantly says timed out and device offline. Makes the security system basically useless. What a waste of money. Please fix this ASAP to keep my home safe.Lewolf19

The app was working just fine prior to update message. I did the update on 3/6/16 and now I can't even open the app! Not a working update. I can not use my alarm at all!Need alarm app
APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED
The app was working perfectly before this update. The app crashes at opening and it cannot connect from the other devices were the app is installed. This version 2.4.0 was "necessary to continue using the app" bit it is useless, please FIX this ASAP, since this app is the control of an alarm system.Smanos User
