SpeedETab is a life saver! Like everyone, I am very busy all the time. SpeedETab enables to me shave hours every week from waiting in lines. Coffee, lunch, dinner, it is always there for me. Great idea, great app, needs work
I am a regular at Pura Vida in South Beach, one of your clients, and would love to use your app, but I can't. The only thing I order at that restaurant is Guarana Acai Bowl and I always make the same modification: no granola. Your app does not allow for this. А 'notes' section would be great.

Very bad service
I placed my order, waited for 25 minutes , right I front of the venue (food truck)After 25 min, I received a notification saying 'place another order - food ingredients are out of stock'... I wasted the little time I had going the chance to a start-up that didn't care about me.Rrrrrrrrrrrrrroooooooooodddddd
Good Concept - Needs Improvement
This app desperately needs the following improvements:
1) A re-order previous orders function. I get the same coffee from the same venue every morning, but every morning I have to scroll to find the venue, click the venue, click "browse menu", scroll to find the category of my coffee, click the category, scroll to find my item, click my item, and then add each modifier. Would be really great if I could just easily re-order a previous order every morning.
2) There is a flaw where if the venue is out of one of the items you ordered, the entire order is cancelled. Would be better if just the single item was removed from the order or they offered a replacement instead of cancelling the whole order.
Other than that, good concept and pick-up is easy and convenient.Show lessFH28.2
