I never got my order and always says undelivered. When questioned says language barer !! What the hell is this ? When ur delivering to particular place why don’t u speak the language. So stupidity . Will never order againlikhitha v

We ordered clothes worth Rs. 6000 or so. We were delivered a piece of cloth instead of the items ordered. We tried contacting the customer service through phone and there was no response on phone. We sent an email with the issue and shared pictures of the package through email. Now we got emails with standard message that the issue was resolved. When i insisted that the issue is not resolved, we got calls to get more details and asking for pictures again. It has not been easy to deal with customer service with numerous calls and emails. Finally, they said they will invertigate the issue of wrong items delivered and get back to is in 3-5 days. There is no response from them yet even after 1 week. I wrote the email twice about my refund because I didn’t get they said it has processed to your hopscotch wallet still I have zero credit and they just copy and paste the previous one email. I am really disappointed with your service I won’t recommend anyone.Avik&Arik

1.You should work out on measurements as when we buy shorts or pants we really need to know outseam and inseam length... without knowing those measurements it’s hard to select right sizes for our kids.
2. Also you should allow us to select different sizes for tops and bottoms from same sets.
3. Always select high waist shorts or pants to set with crop tops.Show lessshop@hopscotch
