This is an absolutely fabulous app. I’ve been blessed enough to see the Aurora twice this year - both times guided by the app.
The first time it was too late at night to wake up my very elderly mum and she was very disappointed as she has always wanted to see them.
We were, however, lucky enough to get a second chance. The sky was clear and the app was showing a strong chance of the lights being visible so, with mother in tow, out we went Aurora hunting. It took a while to find the right spot but it was magic when we did.
My mum is 91 and was absolutely over the moon as we watched the sky light up in front of us. It was a fabulous experience and a very precious memory.
Without the app I would never have taken my mum out on a cool night that late looking for the lights. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for facilitating something so wonderful.
