Sound does not work
The sound does not work on my iPad, I’ve tried everything. Just wasted my money.

I paid for this App for my son a year ago so he could watch the animals. He’s an animal fanatic, but the cameras are ALWAYS down. They haven’t worked this entire year. To make matters worse, they automatically renewed our membership for another year and didn’t warn us. So we have to pay another 20 bucks for an app that does NOT work. This entire app is a complete fraud. It stole our money and did NOT provide any of the services it claimed. Complete rip off.
