Eassy to access and grate experience

I had recently done my annual health check up by using my office credentials and It was a good experience and also lab persons and customer support is also very good.. I want to mention one thing here that I have received my health check report very quickly.. thank you meddybuddy..

Got enrolled for corporate annual health checkup.
Being the annual health checkup season, there was lot of rush at the hospital for collections. Jaleel, from Medibuddy, was able for me in whatever way he can to expedite the entire process for me. Kudos to him!

No response from doctors after payment

I tried to consult a doctor on the app…after making the payment no one responded for 3hrs and after 3hrs got a message stating “This consultation marked as duplicate and closed” I tried contacting support but there is no chat support. Don’t use the app it’s fake.

Worst user experience.

Is this endorse by amitabh!!! Really can’t understand this app. I wasted 2 of my appointment with doctor all because I am not picking a call where else she was the one who didn’t have me a call. I am not in the country and I am telling her in chat that please make a WhatsApp call. Still she does the same thing.

Faulty app

I am trying to look at the claims I have made so far and it shows only old claims and that too in incorrect status , it looks like app has stopped talking updated data since ages.

I am trying to get the medicine order status and it is not showing anything .
