Crispy Cuts Always
I’ve been going to sharper image for a hot minute and I always go to my guy josh, he is a great barber and revived my hairline multiple times. He even trimmed my hair even which was needed badly so if you want crispy haircuts go to sharper image.Crispy Hairline
Complicated... Too Intrusive!!!
I'm really not one to complain, but this app is completely ridiculous. It's cumbersome, requiring a "registered" account, and completely intrusive. I just want a haircut, not submitting a loan application. What's even more disturbing, is that I can't just schedule an appointment with the barber anymore... Seriously? I've seen fresh customers walk in and when instructed to use the kiosk to schedule an appointment... They just walk out due to the complexity in scheduling an appointment. Come on... If you're not listening to your employees expressing their concerns, then listen to your customers who are walking down the street to get their cuts.
This is not customer friendly, especially trying to charge to use the app, if anything it seems like an app suited to suit your business needs as opposed to the needs of your customers. I don't believe I have to be "required" to provide any information... I just want a cut. Definitely a "FAIL" and that's coming from an IT Professional who's experienced with web/app user experience trending. Best Haircut of my life
Knew I needed a haircut and happened to be in Lancaster for the weekend. Found sharper image online and tried it out. I ended up being the 500th person to book an appointment and WON A FREE IPAD! Everyone in the shop was super friendly and I loved the atmosphere. Eddie did a great job with my hair. I think I found my new barber shop, I'll definitely be back.jimi hendrix

The app is decent. You pick a barber, choose the time and then you proceed to payment... This is where this app is insulting. If you notice after you hit the "proceed to payment" you notice a $5 surcharge! Basically EVERY TIME you make an app you are REQUIRED to pay a fee of $5 on top of your haircut app. The owner seems to have tried to fix something that was never broken. What was wrong with the tried and true method of picking up the phone and making an app..? It's almost like your paying $5 for the prestige of using the app. It's just a bad business model...AntRam00
