Hello. I'm sorry to see that you are unhappy with Sesam Sesam. Starting June 1st 2018, a new parking system was introduced at Stavanger Airport. The barrier and ticket system has been replaced by automatic number plate recognition. To pay for parking, you have four options: - Create a Sesam Sesam account by downloading the Sesam Sesam app or registering on the website www.sesam-sesam.com - Pay at the payment machine on-site, where you enter your car number and pay by card (payment to be made at the end of the parking stay, before exiting the facility) - Pay on our website www.sesam-sesam.com within 48 hours after the parking was completed (payment deadline was extended to 7 days for 6 months after June 1st) - An invoice for unpaid parking fees is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle if none of the above payment options are used. An invoice fee of 49 NOK will be added. We prefer of course that the first three options are used, and only send invoices if it is not done. I hope this cleared things up.
