Reviews of Polara Field Service App

  • Firmware

Updating the firmware through the app is terrible. The upload rarely works and you are stuck in the field updating over and over. The hardware is constantly having to be reset. I would not recommend the app unfortunately. I wish I could rate this as a half star
  • Broken on 13.2.3

Current version doesnt work properly. Very rarely shows PBS bluetooth connections, even when standing right in front of the PBS with the phone inches away. When it sometimes dows show a PBS available and you try to connect, the pairing option pops up for only a second and disappears before you’re able to tell iOS to pair. Have resorted to using the ICCU-S WIFI connection to configure everything, but can only update the firmware on the ICCU through that connection. The PBS’s require a direct connection through bluetooth to work.
