Makes Mindfulness easy!
So I bought Anne Ward’s beautiful and easy to use app. It has transformed my life. It has really helped me to be mindful and I love the reminders, her beautiful paintings, and the sounds. i love being able to pick my intentions and they seem to remind me just when I need them.
