Cute but bad
The game overall has a cute design and concept but there are so many flaws. Ever since I downloaded the game, so many of the items within the game were basically invincible which was so impractical. There are also so many updates that don’t seem to improve the quality of the game. Recently I updated it and it crashed so many times and when I redownloaded it, it still carried through. Very disappointed and hope it improves in the future

US is ugly stepchild
Not surprised the game is like it is, I have similar complaints for all of Line games and apps. Very little care or thought is given to all of us outside of Asia. We don’t get access to most of the good apps and games, we don’t get the free stickers that Asia gets - there are so many free packs
Linked to company promotions for instance but we aren’t allowed to download them for some reason because we aren’t allowed to friend any of these official accounts so we don’t get their free Stickers. That’s just an example, but there are so many cool games I want to try but can’t because they aren’t available in our region. You’ve taken away games that I’ve played for years and years, discontinued utility apps that were cool, and same complaint with this game but in reference to the in app features. The app is greedy, for one.

Events won’t show
What makes this game so addicting are the events. Yet some train ranking events and gachas don’t appear in my app. Customer service said they’re sometimes restricted by country. Can’t there be an equivalent event then? It’s unfair for some users can rack up gems and gain tools but we just have nothing.
Also, the trading system is too slow and too competitive. Wish game users can be separated into groups of some sort so that users have a better shot at purchasing.
Played a few years ago and stopped due to the above reasons. Disappointed to come back with none of these being fixed.

It’s ok
This app was great in the beginning it’s just now that I have to wait for the app to load and haven’t been able to play the game for almost a year. Please please please make the loading process quicker as I have waited 10 mins and it still doesn’t load
“Connection Terminated”
I really enjoy this app, but since the last update (six days ago as of writing their review), I haven’t been able to receive gems (like leveling up) at all without the game crashing and saying “Connection terminated. Please check your network and try again.” My phone is fine, everything is up to date, but the app isn’t working. :(

Can’t sign in
I downloaded the game but when I used guest sign in it keeps saying can’t connect to the internet.

I’m currently obsessed with this game! My only complaint is it’s hard to find friends and the app crashes whenever I try to open my inbox with all of my prizes! This is so frustrating please fix it !

When click on the letter icon or scrolling down, It will abnormally exit.
I love this game and brown but customer service nonexistent
After I linked my line account to this game, my gem balance has gone to zero. Guys please beware of this. There’s no turning back. There’s no warning to tell you this is going to happen. All your gems will be gone. I’ve contacted customer service twice. First time the feedback looks like an auto reply which was telling me to restart my phone and update the game wth. Second time they told me they are working on it with no specific time frame provided. I don’t think I’m ever going to get my gems back sob*

You can leave it off and pick it up again with no trouble playing it because it isn’t really about competing with other players. At level 30 you can start fishing which is like a new game embedded in it. You can earn lots of gems from there. Just don’t cheap out on your fishing gears. I liked this game and hated the customer service. Hence, the two star. One star is for brown. The other star is for this game being fun and not laggy.

Gacha odds are darn low
You will never get any new cute buddies which you want from Gacha. The odds are that you only get the same old ones with the so called upgrades.
