Not working
Help! The Lumyer App stopped working.
Now it doesn’t work. It doesn’t load anything.
Please fix this.
I’ve tried everything possible to “reset the app” including but not limited to:
- updating the app
- deleting other apps
- deleting the app and reinstalling it
- updating (but no updates were available)
- paying again for the app monthly (which I believe I already had a yearly subscription)
Also, 6-8 months ago the diamonds, and other translucent lumyer objects turn a yucky grey color after finishing and exporting so I had to screen record everything from my iPhone, crop, and cut the video for several months. I think you fixed it finally but now…
The app doesn’t work at all. This started 2-3 days ago.
Please fix this asap.

Disgusted
After staying on to see if the errors I mentioned were fixed, I’m now deleting this worthless app. There are VERY few new pics added to any genre, the ones I had previously get deleted and no matter how many times I hit restore, they never come back. Such a ripoff!! I better not be charged for a renewal either!!

Please, make sure you send us your purchase invoices, so that our support team can investigate the problem and fix it!

Purchases won’t restore since move to subscription
The effects are nice little touches but the fact that I’ve lost access to the ones I’ve bought, even after a successful ‘restore purchases’, and every action tries to force me to pay a subscription means that this app will be uninstalled and I’ll find an alternative.
