Immediately upon opening the app you only get one language choice. Since I speak English, I cannot use this app….Ninifire2016
I’m crushed
I always have faith in “English + 2 others” … and don’t get me wrong- I know Mericans aren’t the center of the world- but I wish there’s a switch I could toggle to choose between Portuguese and English. I was devastated when a cooking app was German only, especially because I was familiar with the author’s print books.
I suppose there’s only Portuguese speaking dogs on the app so I may be of little help to them anyway.Show lessPhelineCat

Aplicativo com bug no chat com heróis. Você vê que mandaram mensagem mas a mensagem é um bloco em branco. Só da para ver a mensagem no site. O aplicativo não serve para comunicação :(Brazilianhippie
Makes us and our dog happy
This app is easy to use and effective, at least in Rio in Portuguese. We have used 3 times and had a great experience both with the app and the 3 different sitters.Jeff in Rio

La aplicación no es “amigable”, las preguntas frecuentes para intentar solucionar problemas no ayudan, constantemente cambia el idioma de español a portugués. El servicio bueno, pero lástima de la aplicación.UsuarioDic2019

Worst customer service
I had a problem with my hoster, he was hosting a dog that couldn’t accept other dogs. I tried to contact dog hero to get my money back so i could book again and took them 2 months to get back to mebentley bombas
