Fixed an issue that caused the User Info page to be empty if you didn't have any courses. Fixed a login issue where it would forget the server when logging out and back in. Added support for calling in sick and absence. Fixed issue with custom configuration of the Grades view. The order of pages in 'My absence' can now be changed in the Configurator. The app now uses the more modern Material Design icons. Fixed a visual issue with Grades and its value.
