Quality and colours
Quality and the colours of the video changes to a cloudy vision, not nice. I don’t mind writing my own srt but it is useless when my art video gets blurry and cloudy, colours fades.abecedeefegeyumusakg
Buggy. Terrible / Nonexistent Support
Te app seemingly worked smoothly until it came time to save. No matter what I do, the format reverts to 4:3, distorting the video. I contacted support, who replied a day later that they would look into it. Then silnece for days, followed by apolgies for the delay but no solutions. I reply to their web-based chat instantly and it takes 1-3 days for an acknowledgement. After more than a week the developers still haven't said anything other than "sorry" and "we will look into it".Show less@thisiscchs

I tried this app and it never added the subtitles right, it was all wrong and not making sense at all completely a waste of money could I have a refund please ?ciland9!
would love to keep but
a few of my videos ate the credits i paid for and never gave me captioned content in return. when i reached out to the support team and let them know about the issue, they didnt acknowledge my request to refund the credits for a 4 minute video, and basically gave me the “did you turn it off and back on again?” line of response. pretty disappointing, given how much ive loved using this app. ive told everyone i know who shares video content to social media about it, but i’m finding this is another one of those moments where i say to myself: welp, guess youre not gettin your money back on that one. wish it couldve been a more supportive customer experience. and as a pisces, i’m honestly wondering if i’m just being too nice/generous with 3 stars... it REALLY sucked to get this lack of value on the backend, even though the frontside value was so strong. schmo wellShow lessk1695

Downloaded this app to give it a go but every line of subtitles was filled with errors - it all needed to be typed manually and it was a very clear video. I deleted it right away.Pip Christie

Couldn't open my MP4 video
I tried to add an MP4 video to my first project and it said there was a problem with the video and wouldn't load it into the project. There was no explanation of exactly what the problem was. I immediately deleted the app.miranda-panda
