Good app for the first two weeks.
This is a good app for tracking your progress, however after two weeks the app will not allow you to log on or reset password. I had this happen twice and I’m not able to use this app to track my progress nor access the useful info the app has available.
Good tool for doctor- patient communication
I just started using Point of Care several days ago. I like the format of this app. Easy to use and understand. I’ve been experiencing difficulty in organizing my thoughts and expressing my concerns. This apps has questions that you simply check yes or no and gives you options to check off a list of things are are pertinent to you. Click save and the app organizes your responses in charts and saves your journal entries to share with your doctor. It provides a way for your doctor to check in with you when you not sitting right there in his office. By looking over your charts & journal which include on/off times, falls , pain & anxiety levels... he has a clearer idea of your condition. So glad I stumbled across this app. I’m sharing about it with my support group and my neurologist next week! I’ll share their opinions later.

Pretty terrible
Don't even bother getting this. They collect your info and share it. Also app is not intuitive and is hard to use.
