Great App
A totally must have app specially for those who want to maintain their health and don't know where to start from. I and a dialy user of the app and love its simple and beautiful user interface. Overall its a nice app bu there is still some room for updates, expecting them soon :)
Wow!
I have never seen such a sleek workout guide app in my life. This app covers all the basics and still manages to make workouts seem possible for those who have little time. This is an application that I would purchase to obtain the pro version and unlock features. I am truly amazed by this app, came in not expecting much but wow!

Not customizable and poorly written recipes
The nutrition plans do not take user's starting weight nor goals into account. Women's fat loss plan 1 is 1,126 calories, which is a great weight loss plan if you weigh 80 pounds. Users that weigh more can comfortably lose weight at higher caloric levels but the app does not change caloric counts based on user starting weight and goals. Recipes in this app are poorly written. For example, pasta is omitted as an ingredient in the turkey bolognese recipe and the amount needed to achieve the caloric count of the recipe is not written. In the spanish sweet potato omelette recipe, the ingredients include sweet potato and two eggs, yet the calorie count is listed as 91. The recipe must make more than one portion, but the portions to achieve the listed calorie count is not written. Do not trust this app to provide customized or even an accurate nutrition plan.

Everything you need, right here
If working out/eating right has been a problem for you, this app is for you. This easy to use and navigate app includes workouts, notes, meal plans, and recipes so you can keep track of your workouts, meals, and progress all using one app!
Its a trap
This is the first review I've ever written but this app compelled me to do so. So the developers and programmers did their job the app works well and is easy to use. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THIS GETS 2 stars. As for the app itself it is almost a complete tip off yea it gives you a few cool recipes and workout to do and it can keep you on track. But this app preys on the in experienced. I'm an exercise physiology major and I've been lifting for awhile. I follow their Instagram page and i figured might as well right? This app not only tells you the same workouts over and over but that backwards way of thinkin could cause serious harm to a person because there is no proportional exercises and only aims at specific muscles. There is no variety in the "workouts". This app is essentially a get rich quick scheme by those who created it, an app that barely meets the standards of weightlifting and passes it off as this life style changing app. If they wish to have return costumers or be taken seriously the company needs to invest actual energy into the product. DO NOT FOLLOW THIS APP IF YOU WORK OUT ONE MUSCLE THE SAME WAY FOR TOO LONG IT CAN CAUSE INJURY!!!

Great app
I just started going to the gym again and felt like I forgot my whole routine. I decided to download this app and test it out. I am very happy with the routines they offer and they give you meal plans and recipes. This app is a must if your looking for some sort of routine for your gym life!
The developers made their workouts using Google
I was excited to download this app and begin using it. The app itself is refined, well thought out and easily navigated. So, I didn't think twice about purchasing their "Ultimate Abs" workout they advertise so heavily. In-App purchases are perfectly normal in apps now, but I expected this ultimate workout for abs that they've promised everyone. It consists of 4 basic, everyday exercises. With 4 sets of the exact same reps each time. A 12 year old with Google could easily put this "workout" together. I have a hard time believing whoever put this workout together even works out.
