Hi, and thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and understand your concerns. Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate any emails from you in our system, which may be why we haven’t had the chance to respond before now. We want all our customers to have a positive experience and full access to the features they’ve purchased. Our app does not remove itself from devices or interfere with subscriptions. Purchases and subscriptions are managed directly through your App Store account, where you can always review them in your settings. If you could send us proof of your Lifetime license purchase, we’d be happy to investigate this further to ensure everything is working as expected for you and to resolve any technical issues.
