Money.
Whenever a taxi is cancelled the money is still taken out of the bank. I rang up twice to speak about this and both time they said the money would be put back into my account and it hasn’t. Not impressed at all.
Update; same issue has occurred on more than 2 occasions i booked a taxi and it said there was no driver available and the £5 was still taken out of my account.
