Asked for more money
Driver Zhangkai, gray Toyota mini van, plate number T634837C asked for more money than the app said, app fare when requested the can said $32.75 and accept ding to his number on his phone was over $38 didn’t make it a problem but still paid more than $38 ended up giving him $42 a whole different price than what the app said at the beginning

Been using Good Luck for 20 years
My family and I have been loyal to this company for over a decade now. Great prompt service the dispatcher people are very helpful. This app is a fantastic addition and step forward in modernization. Worked to get to me just like Uber but with waaay better prices as always. And now I can pay by credit card and have a receipt!! Keep up the great work guys.

Usually pretty good service and the app adds a bit of convenience.
However, most recently, I ordered a car service with an additional stop. After dropping off my friend, and arriving at my final destination, the driver INSISTED that it was $5 on top because of the additional stop. Usually I wouldn’t have mind but this wasn’t disclosed initially even though when I pulled up my reservation, it states the extra stop and the original price without the $5 surcharge. Shouldn’t definitely update app to include the surcharge for the extra stop to avoid further miscommunication.
Really put a dent in my night with his tone. Super rude.

horrible taxis service don't use! Drop me wrong location
I gave driver address 1500 Broadway 10036 he dropped at 200 broadway 10036 it was midnight and dark and i paid cash so I didn't realized until he left I called the car company they argued with me he left correct location. I called Uber to pick me up and call them again.
The customer service hang up and curse on me, no apologize keep me on hold refuse to talk to me- and give me solutions after I paid 20$ for a trip that send me to the wrong location?!?! What the hell is that?

Poor service
I used their app to book a car service for airport pickup. When I called to confirm my service, the guy yelled at me with extremely rude and mean attitude. I was been told that they don't have my record. Poor service! Don't use it.
