Widget. Would be nice to have daily updates delivered via the widget feature on iOS as to the current and future (next day) status of the flag. Would alleviate the intentional opening of the app daily to check for half staff days. Otherwise, good app.cajinguy218

This app is a true time saver and saves me from embarrassment. I used to be subscribed to half staff emails, which I received halfway in the day so it was too late for me to set my flag to half staff. I recently bought a house with a flag pole.
I found this app to let me know when an event happens to let me know when to lower the flag.
However there have already been at least to times the app didn't get updated information on time, when she special flag event was announced by the president or by the governorArifell
Takes the guess work out.
Nice to have an app that takes the guess work out of knowing the statice of how to fly our flag. Instead of looking to another flag and mimicking what they have done or trying to find the right page on your States website to alert you of the statices. Also gives the date range."THE DRIVER"

It is nice to finally have somewhere to go to find out how we should be flying our Beautiful United States of America Flag. I have always had questions as to when we fly at half staff and full staff. Now I can just tap on my iPhone and I have my answer. This app is the best. No matter what time of day it is if the flag status has changed they are right there updating it. When the resent attacks happened I checked this app and while looking they change to status to half staff within minutes of it being announced.Glad to be an American
