    I wouldn’t think of myself as a power user, but the issues that I report seem to be different. Then what the support team is used to seeing. For example, I have a opportunity that was shared by another colleague, which was closed/lost, and it is still showing up as an opportunity open in Veloxy. Again, I love the solution, but need better support and follow up.

    It’s true. Veloxy takes the sting out of having to put leads into Salesforce and it also helps manage your leads, as well as add follow-up reminders very quickly. The Gmail extension is also very useful for creating email campaigns and the analytics let me know who’s been reading sent messages. You can even use the same gmail tools within the app. The integration across devices is nearly seamless. There’s a lot of cool things you can do. I highly recommended.
