Consistency
I have had the app for over 5 years. It has been a constantly awful though out the time. Constant bugs, terrible layout and bad features. Very impressive that it had been so bad for so long.
Poor search ability
It is very difficult to find what you want, for instance I missed the first day of the England v Sri Lanka 1st test so I was looking for some highlights, but I could not find any. A search facility needs to be added to help users find what their looking for if it is there at all.
Almost useless
Every time you exit the app, and then later on you go back to it, all you get is a blue screen, so you have to delete the app, and then download it again. So basically every time you want to use it, you have to delete it and start again, gets a bit tiring having to register again every time you use it.

Fantasy Game Issue
It’s World Cup time and Fantasy game is a part of it. The app contains everything we need however unable to create fantasy team through the app. Everytime it shows the deadline has passed.
Crapy
This is the worst app I have seen from ICC. Seriously what analyst did thought while designing the app? Nothing is ok with it not user friendly at all.
Two suggestions
Hello, thanks for uploading the highlights for free on the app. I wanna make two suggestions, which if implemented would make viewer experience much better. Suggestion 1) Please make the game highlights at least 10 minutes long 15 minutes max. Suggestion 2) Please do not reveal the outcome of the match in the video title, leave the result a mystery. Thank you kindly.

Ticketing app won’t work
The ticket app doesn’t work with my Apple ID I bought tickets and can’t get them. there’s no help available no app support no contact
Unfinished app
Wow, I can’t believe how bad this app has become. Last world cups, it was good but now it feels like rushed in and not very user friendly. First, I had to scroll down all matches to find todays match, then they added Result - Fixture tab but that still not working. Your team has developed this app many times, and you should have all the idea and design. Why it feels like it is developed by some students who don’t know cricket?

No proper highlights are available to watch
Not all Highlights are available, some random highlights are available as extended highlights which are 9 minutes only and some random highlights are only 5 minutes. Some of the matches are not available at all. Very disappointed with the ICC app. Get some ideas from the IPL app on how to maintain the application.

Too much scrolling
I use the app to check scores and look at upcoming matches. The “Matches” tab should bring you to matches of today. Instead, it opens at the first match on June 1 and you have to scroll down to today’s matches. With every passing day, this gets worse requiring more and more scrolling to get where you want to go.
