    Don’t use this bank.

    This bank always said’ they have Zelle but when you go on to your bank account there is nothing there and it’s very disappointed I rather just go for another bank..
  • Should be no star

    This used to be my bank- only because I was there prior to their ownership- app seemed to be glitchy- never worked right- and I just didn’t feel the “customer service” like I did before
    Really don’t want to give this star-
  • UBB Mobile App

    After many months and calls to UBB about my only being able to sign on in about 1 in 10 attempts I have given up. It was easier closing my 5 accounts and going with a bank that actually had a mobile app that worked.
  • Huge pain

    The facial recognition only works for about a month then it doesn’t even try to use facial recognition. When I do log back in I have to set everything up again and fix all my settings and on the occasion that I forget my password or type it in wrong a few times I have to call just to reset my password; no way to do it online. I don’t have enough time to risk being put on hold for 30+ minutes.

  • This app and this bank seem to be useless.

    I’ve been unable to log in or get my password reset in the last two weeks I cannot log in on the app or the website, I’m about to take my business elsewhere.
