Pathetic delivery and service
The delivery agents are often drunk, do not respond to calls, have no answer to late deliveries, food can take 2 hrs to get delivered! The chicken burger is always poor quality and whenever consumed will get food poisoning, most likely due to the long shelf life of the chicken patty!!
Quantities have shrunk to 50% and prices to 200% in the last 1.5 yrs since they started!

Every time that I ordered from here i got food poisoning. The first few times it wasn’t that bad, but I gave them another try. They last time I ordered I was stuck in bed for two days straight. I’ll never be ordering from FreshMenu again.doughboy1615

Jack Daniel sauce is alcoholic

Low quality food
Freshmenu used to provide good and hot food at appropriate price. However, that's not the case anymore. Food is usually delivered late, little hot but not like pizza, bad rice quality and high prices, specially for regular customers. New customers usually get high great discounts.ChetanKaush

Poor food quality, not at all worth the cost
I ordered teriyaki chicken bowl and it looked nothing like the photo. There was no gravy, chicken was looking dull, soaked, and like baby potatoes instead of the reddish terikayi sauce. Threw the entire food. Very disappointed and won't order again.Abhishekdelta
App is good
I have no problem with the app except that it's missing scroll to the top feature from iOS since the time the app was released. In spite of so many updates to the app, that feature is still not implemented.Rocker13985
Extremely unprofessional
The order was not delivered despite the app showing that it had been. Order was paid for beforehand. The call to customer care gets disconnected as no one answers the phone. Would not recommend Freshmenu to anyone.Kartik P
