At EVERY log in on the app, you must put in your password. (There is not a Face ID option) AND a two-step verification code that is 6 digits long that you must enter every time you log in….it does not pre-populate. For over 2 months now I cannot accept an e-transfer via the app. It says that my app must be out of date. I do have the latest version installed and still this problem continues. I must go to the actual website to accept an E transfer. This app is extremely out of date and inconvenient compared to other financial apps, such as TD.
