Well, this is disappointing. Been playing this game for ages. Went back onto it today. Now it’s saying can’t connect to the survey. and also their new game of hello coffee shop now that’s saying the same thing. Can’t connect to the survey what’s going on and getting support? It’s just ridiculous. They just don’t respond back to you.

Expansions needed
You just updated this game with more decorating ideas. Do you know where we can put them? We need expansions even a third floor but the main floor is paced and the cafe will be soon too. Please allow for more expansion space and don’t make it cost 1000 garbles or diamonds either. Thanks

I’m an old player, but stopped playing for a few years. Thanks to the devs for helping me recover my two accounts last fall. I really appreciate it! I love playing this game. :)
Account permanently lost
I decided to take a break from the game for a while (about 3 years) and i decided to go log back in today and the game isn't allowing me to continue giving me the deleted user or invalid account id id like to go back to back on my account but now i have to start over id like some type of assistance on recovering my account

Good Long Term Game
Really happy to see this game still going strong! Very few glitches, fun, new costumes, and fairly regular updates. A bit repetitive, but it has kept my attention for 2 years+! Thanks Devs!!
Profile Picture
After the new logo update you can’t change your profile picture back? Please fix this. The logo idea is okay but giving players the option to pick if they want a logo or regular picture would be better.
