  • Meh

I was hoping for more now that the company changed hands. same old lame games. Not keen on the wireless device either it does not accurately monitor HR which gives a false result.

i realize it takes time to develop software but come on guys can’t ya get something original and engaging?
  • Love this!

I had seen this in a health food store years ago and had always been curious. I happened to find this on the App Store and figured I would give it a try with the sensor. So worth it! One of the hardest things about learning to meditate is finding the discipline to stay tuned in. This will tell you if you are zoning out, losing the connection with your breath. Other apps I have tried just kind of talk you through it, but this offers solid feedback from your own body. Not even most in-person class can do that. This is really helping me make a habit of meditation as I look forward to the next lesson each day. It took a bit of learning to get used to pairing the sensor and positioning it right (especially if wearing ear buds, the cables can get crossed). Once you get it, though, the connection seems pretty solid. Love it!

  • Great App!

Works great on iPhone 6 with Iom Blue. Great way to learn relaxed breathing techniques and to practice meditation. Iom Blue works best when clipped to tip of any finger or on skin between thumb and first finger.
