  • Difficult, tedious, not for autistic people..

The picture of the sweet little girl being carried by a bubble is not an accurate description of the game.. its not a gentle fluid game, its tedious and the people in the game the girl has to talk to are not encouraging and she has to do everything herself and things creek, and make noises, just cant enjoy the cuteness because of the difficult mechanic work, i thought i was gunna be flying on bubble. :( I cant play it because im autistic and it takes a lot of problem solving and executive function, which caused me great frustration and it felt like a great stressful burden to have to restore a whole city with only a book. Also there are no hints at all.. I wish i could return it. Idk why i try anything.. all this modern design is made for neurotypicals. Im not a mechanic and its really hard to play, i feel confused as what to do and did not even make it past the gate, all i got where the lemons... too difficult to play on iphone, use an ipad only..

  • Beautiful

A work of art, it is absolutely the most beautiful mobile game I’ve ever played. Well done! I love the puzzles as well because they’re challenging enough to make me think but not difficult enough to get stuck in the game when you’ve sat down one evening to enjoy playing through.
  • Does not play on 2016 Apple TV

I’d like to play this game and have purchased it on Apple TV but it won’t play. I’m not able to find any information that might help me sort this out so I’m now seeking a refund from Apple - does anyone here know how I get a refund?
  • Beautiful Game

Stunning graphics and enchanting story. Worth the money.
  • Intelligent and thoughtful

Terrific game that’s been developed with thought and intelligence. So much better than those mundane games that have you dropping cherries and donuts ad infinitum. This one actually challenges you to think.
  • Beautiful

This is beautifully put together. Definitely favours a mechanical mindset, I found the puzzles a lot more logical than my partner did. Also really enjoyed the making of video, a true mechanical and architectural marvel in intself! More like this please!
  • Pulls everyone right in

I tried this by myself sitting next to my almost teenager son who doesn't agree with me on anything lately. He jumped right in and started solving stuff. The past week has been great as we finally have a game we both like and can work together on. Yay!
The only little thing that could improve is the book readability. The letters are too small for iphone. We used the camera to take a pic and zoom in to read it better, but thats just an inconvenient workaround. It would be great if the book had a zoom button.
    Even so, love this app.

  • Stunning!

The most beautiful and rewarding game I've ever played, and I'm a regular gamer.
  • Truly beautiful

I love all the games of State of Play. Lumino City is no exception. Stunning graphics, elegance all along, smart puzzles and you get to learn interesting life tricks. Thank you for such a piece of art.
N.B: The game crashed a few times at the beginning.
  • Unique!

As this game was created by hand it makes for a truly unique experience. I often stopped to just stare with wonder how the city was made. Well worth the money and look forward to what State of Play create next! Can I have a job please!?
