Hello, I understand that the app is freezing. Could I please have you uninstall and then reinstall the app from the iPad? If that does not work and you still have instances where the freezing is occurring, can you attempt to get into the app and submit feedback as well as include the logs? If you cannot get into the app at all before it freezes, go ahead and call into the Global Support Center for further assistance 1-888-476-7827. Thanks
