Love Hate
As a native Texan I love 95.9 The Ranch. However, this app is horrible. It cuts out for no reason on every device. They need to do better.
Wtf happened
New version sucks. You have to open up the app to then find the little button in the top right to open up the app again…. It also stops playing frequently.
New app, a lot of problems
Since updating, the new app constantly crashes and won’t hold a connection. …then won’t reestablish without restarting the app.
New App Sucks
Old app was much better. Listening today the app stopped working 4 times in 10 minutes. I would have to shut the app completely down and restart it before it would work again.
Great station
I love listening to 95.9 but ever since the update I can’t get it to work unless I turn my VPN off. I never had that issue before the update.
Best in USA
The best station not only in Texas but in USA!
Love y’all
I’ve been listening to y’all for at least 11 years. I use your app on the road. I used to listen to nothing 70s rock. Almost never now. Love y’all!
Independent Radio And music dies without support.
Want something that celebrates what makes Texas special? Well it ain’t on no iheart radio, Pandora, or Spotify. Look your mama, papa, memaw and pepaw knew the importance of supporting local live music AND YOU SHOULD TOO!
Best in TEXAS so Best there is!!!
Been my favorite station since you came on the air
Glitchy and no longer works with Carply
App is getting super glitchy. You used to be able to control it with CarPlay, no longer. It also cannot be controlled from the Lock Screen anymore.
Excellent
Great job. The music is great and the commentaries are short. Excellent! Congrats.
Wandering Paul
My favorite station, and it’s easy to tune in by the app.
CarPlay
I absolutely love this station. Living in the Houston area, but listen to it every day. The most recent update on December 23 removed the app from CarPlay. Wanted to let y’all know in case you didn’t know the update removed it. Thanks, keep playing awesome Texas country.
A streaming app that doesn’t stream music
Downloaded because I like the station but reception isn’t the best in my area. It shows what song is currently playing but doesn’t actually play it. App is working because the Stockyards ad at start-up has music, as do song previews. Deleted and redownloaded 2x. Tried on Apple and Android. Same result, no music. Practically worthless.

Born here live here TEXAN
Truly the best app for music that hits home. Thank you!
Glitchy
App regularly has issues stopping the live feed and continually playing commercials instead or playing the live feed or a 20 second continual loop requiring a restart to fix.
Texas Music
Appreciate the opportunity to listen to organic Texas Music and Red Dirt. Keep it real!
Travelin Lite
I recently started a new job that has me traveling quite a bit. I love having access to the Ranch while I am away from North Texas. It’s a little piece of home everywhere I go!
Well done!!
I live in Iowa and I wish our country stations would take some pointers from your playlists. I enjoy hearing good country music while steaming The Ranch. It’s so much better than this country pop garbage that we have on most of our local stations. Keep up the great music!!
Keep it up !
Your unwavering commitment to Texas and Texas music scene is incredible
