Can’t log in

I haven’t been able to log into this app for over a month. Just keeps saying there’s a problem with the login.

Awful app!!!

If I could give this app a zero star I would. There is no fingerprint scan or face ID for login. The app rarely lets you login even when you have to put the information in manually. It is extremely slow at not user-friendly. Terrible!!!’

Useless. Still can’t successfully login, 6 months later

Update to my last review (Aug 2018): (An update is necessary, since it is late January, and BGRS haven’t finished processing my claim from my move LAST SUMMER). Useless app, still can’t log in. Even after updating the app repeatedly, I still get the “There was a problem with your login. Please try again” message every time I try to use it to see if they have made any process on my claim. You would think after 6 months they would have fixed it

App Fails at Log In

What I really mean is the app fails to even allow you to log-in. Having read previous reviews, this seems to be a systemic failure that BGRS refuses to fix.

I can not even log in. Yes I am entering my login and password correctly. I can log in on my PC
