Gutted
Unfortunately I’m not with Telstra, which means I am unable to watch any of the games live without paying money. I am very devastated that the app thought it appropriate to have people pay to watch when most other sport apps do not cost anything at all! Netball is supposed to be expanding however this app is merely limiting the amount of supporters. I was so excited last week when I heard on the TV that I could watch the game on netball live. I quickly downloaded the app, only to find I had to pay money. As I haven’t even started my first job yet and am currently trying to save up I was unable to spend it on this app. I believe that when I say this I stand for all the other young supporters and audience out there who don’t have Telstra and don’t have any iTunes cards, meaning that they would then have to use their parents credit cards but their parents tell them “No”.

AWFUL! Don’t bother! Really doesn’t work
Netball dream come true when I first heard about this app. I paid for a week’s subscription to test it out. Straightaway, not able to watch replays for the week before. Went on their website and trouble shooted but still nothing works.
It’s clearly an ongoing issue so have given up now. They should pay to fix this and if this means charging people more for the app then that’s fine because right now, this is rubbish!

Change the viewing commands
Really enjoyed this app because I could view games on my projector via Apple Lighning AV Adapter. Now, the app just goes blank when you view the games live and it’s just audio rather than picture as-well. Be good if this issue was fixed. #WakeUpNetball #HelpMeTelstraApp
Errors
I have paid my subscription to this and I am still unable to watch the games. I am based in nz and seems that many people are having the same problems, error message occurs when you try to watch it.

Rip off
This app is a rip off. I am in nz and just paid the yearly subscription fee to be able to watch the Aussie competition as it is so much better than the nz competition to learn that we can’t watch it as it is not available outside of Australia
Don’t bother from overseas.
Used last year to watch finals and wanted to watch first round 2018 now i pay for my subscription and it still won’t allow me to watch videos after updating and changing all settings.... waste of time
Where is the content.?
I love netball, I live in NZ I’ve paid my sub to 2019 all I want to do is watch really good teams play the game. NZ doesn’t offer any excitement, I want Australian Netball that’s why I got the app. Please sort this before the Suncorp starts next week!

I recently moved to Australia and joined Telstra through my mobile. The reason I did this was for the use of the Netball app. Yesterday I found out Telstra possibly weren’t renewing this deal. Today I paid for a week subscription it accepted. I went to watch some games from the weekend, it asked me to restore subscription again. I did and the games still would not play. I’m getting very frustrated.

Disappointment
This app is just a total let down and an absolute disappointment, so frustrating that their is no possibility to watch live games out of Australia which is the main reason I downloaded this app.
Average, almost..
Pretty average app. No way to choose you're team as is normal in other sport World Cup apps. The app assumes all users are Australian. Also, can't view previous days scores or results. Results page only show today's results, which is really poor. Makes the app pretty useless really apart from using it as a TV guide.
