Won’t load
Won’t load on two phones now. No support from the company either.
What happened?
I used this app all the time… it won’t load anything anymore.
Useless
The app is useless. Doesn’t work go to pick a particular therapy session and nothing pulls up. The back button doesn’t work whole app freezes.
App does not work
Useless. Once you select a program, you get a blank screen with just the title at the top. The program never loads, and the back button doesn’t work. The app completely freezes and you have to shut it down.
App is convenient to use
Is much more convenient using the app than the manual. When we prop the manual up on the controller it usually hits the floor a few times per session. The app is just so much easier to use.
What happened
The app used to work!
Won’t show anything
I downloaded the app and was able to log in but that was about it. It won’t show anything other than the horse human or small animal list. Click them and get a blank screen every time. I deleted and redownloaded and got the same thing.
App does not display content
The app does not display content. Please could you provide an update

Theraplate has helped my horse recover from tendinitis so much faster! It’s truly incredible. The app makes it easy to figure out how long/ what level to put my horse on. LOVE!
Theraplate for Equine
Theraplate machine is awesome but the app gets stuck and won’t work :(
