The app only shows 10 out of MANY alternative expense types. Returns do not show up on the application at all. Entertainment of customers never lets me submit the expenses - it just says it cannot submit because it needs additional information in “expenses type” BUT there is no option to add additional information. I am truly perplexed that such a POS has any decent reviews at all. Corporate incompetence at its finest. It’s laughable. Zero stars
Update: ERROR. That’s it, just error. No error message, just no. No I don’t work today. I tried deleting the app and then re-downloading it and now the message is: SORRY. Thanks Serko, can you make claiming expenses just soooooooo easy! SSF
