Terrible
This day and age you shouldbt have to deal with apps like this ! Feels like your on a dial up connection with simple tasks made extremely hard, makes a very expensive cctv system make you think why you even bothered in the first place.
Was a great app but nowCrashes all the time
I’ve used this app for many years, and it really is good it’s amazing what you can do. Since the last ISO update it now crashes all the time, I have plenty of memory in my machine so that is not the reason. Please will you fix this and then you will go back to 5 stars.
buffering issues constant loading takes forever
What is wrong with this app?! Whole idea of having a cctv app is that you can click on it and view your cctv footage at any given moment. This app is slow it buffers for ages-I mean what’s the point if you need to view the camera footage ASAP especially when you are away from the home and it takes forever to load. The quality is fine and also depends on what technology you are viewing it on I have an iPhone XR and the quality in HD is pretty good but the buffering is annoying. Sort it out please as this app kind of defeats the point of having the cctv to view on the go!

Good app works great hopefully stays this way
Really awful
Barely works, especially when not at home. If you log in via mobile network instead of Wi-fi then it just doesn’t work at all, constantly trying to load or buffer. What’s the point in the app if you can’t access it when you’re out?! Really rubbish.

Latest up date
What’s gone wrong since the latest up date Jan 2019 when using on a I pad and on remote camera the control Panel is to low on the screen making it difficult to operate the pan/tilt/zoom etc can you please rectify this fault
Good but full screen now 4:3 ratio since update
Good app that just works once set up, but since the last update full screen view is now only 4:3 ratio which is annoying. Can this not be set as an option in future updates?
Picture quality useless after update
Can’t view pictures in Hd correctly since update and quality is now shocking in sd. Picture aspects all over the place.
Another useless qvis update to ruin an app that was only just bearable in the first place.

This update has completely botched up everything, app was working perfect till downloaded resent update, now doesn't open in panoramic view, and all screen views not fitting screen correctly, . Also buffering all the time and failing to load . What have you done ??????, come on get it fixed please .
