It’s in Chinese. How do I know how to use it? Why does Apple allow this? Does Apple charge for adding to the App Database? How else can one explain this???

It has a few words in English but the majority is in Chinese! Hence non-Chinese speaking people like us can make use of some small part of the app.

Good dialing app but a lot of Chinese on it so you don’t know what a lot of the options are. Speed dialing asks you if you want to call or cancel. Just dial the number so I don’t have to hit any more buttons. That is what speed dialing is.Jtino01
