This version has a number of improvements and bug fixes including: - Allow user with Asset Manager or higher authority to exit Asset Properties - Restrict who can see User Documents of others to match permissions in the portal - If no checklists are available for that asset, give the reason why - Improve the way QR codes are scanned on embedded checklists - Ensure authorised Project users can see the authorised checklists of the project - Support scanning of meter numbers as well as better editing of entered numbers - Support the new setting to allow duplicate project submissions for certain checklists (configured in the Extra Info) - Fix some iPad display issues - Fix a problem that sometimes hid the task description after rotating the screen to take a photo - Fix the display of dates on the Project submissions screen - Improve support for iOS 18 - Improve responsiveness of filters on project reports

There are some great new features and a few stability improvements in this release. Improvements include: - Improve the display of dynamic lists - Ensure that the properties and documents in the mid-checklist hamburger menu are for the subject user when doing a User Based Checklist - Allow selection of assets from the Asset Approvals report - Improve the speed of uploading logs - If no checklists are available, show the reason why - Improve the display of the User Selection dialog - Remove error message around delayed syncing - Support for Rich Text in Questions coming soon - Restore the sharing function for asset documents - Ensure To Do items are displayed correctly

This version introduces a new report for companies that have enabled the projects feature of ChekRite. Now you can see the project approval status for any assets or users view this new report under the hamburger menu. We have also introduced a number of other minor improvements and fixes including: - Support for the All Entity selections in Groups - Disable the Site Documents link if there are none - Improvements to the way ChekRite displays on iPads - Ensure that on-the-fly assets works correctly when projects are enabled - Improvements to the UI around submissions - Improvements to dynamic lists - More detailed logging on syncing so that we can further improve this feature

This important update fixes a couple of issues in the v3.1 release. The main ones were a keyboard glitch on iPads was sometimes preventing people from filtering easily and we fixed a bug that stopped you from re-submitting assets/users to projects if they were rejected.

Changes in this version include: * Manage the approval of assets and people going onto projects * Replaced existing keyboard with a QWERTY keyboard * Be able to force location sharing for devices that connect to your environment * New Hamburger menu on Dashboard for Site and Project Documents * Allow marking up of photos in the Review screen before submission * When doing a User Based Checklist ask if it’s for this user or someone else
