There is no way to get in touch with support. The back feature keeps giving errors and there are no work around. Developer has not updated in 2 years so you will be throwing your money out the window!

I am a paid user and I used to love the app for one simple reason — that I can back the data up to iCloud.
However, there’s one problem that has been bugging for a long time and it’s reaching a state where I can no longer tolerate the app any further.
I have a 2-page list of entries on the app. Those early entries appearing on the first page are good, as I can name them as I wish. On the other hand, those late entries mostly on the second page are bad. These late entries are stubbornly prefixed with something I can never change. This problem creates an enormous amount of frustrations, as it prevents me from recognising an entry from the others.
Please fix the above problem as a matter of urgency please.

Works flawlessly
I have been using it for 3 years. It works every time I need it. It is simple to set up and use, fast response. I haven’t used others so I have no comparison. I will continue using it as long as it’s trouble free.
Hasn’t been updated in two years. Doesn’t work
Hasn’t been updated in two years. Doesn’t work with the new iPadOS. I try to restore from backup. Says placed in iTunes Shared folder. There is no iTunes shared folder.

Opted for this as trying not to use Google’s option, paid £2.99, read QR code didn’t give code, tried 3 times, then left feedback via app for that to say it couldn’t process feedback - so complete waste of time.

Almost there...
The app looks great and the backup and watch features are nice. However, there is no way to import your own logos, or even search for one within the app. You currently have to scroll down an unordered list. When using their logo request feature, the ticket never gets sent. Aside from that, it does what it says but not polished enough.
