Not great
The app is not great compared to the other apps. It looks cheap and doesn't even have a customer chat. The shift system works well tho. It would be nice if it didn't close the navigation every time I get an extra order.

The app is easy to use and has a decent interface, but can definitely be improved to make the experience nicer for couriers, resulting in quicker deliveries
Car mode no longer available
This app is now just flat out dangerous you can never select car mode which forces you to select cyclists this can lead to most people going down a cycle route so they really shouldn’t be going down on a moped.. please fix
Needs improvement
The app seems to track couriers incorrectly. I’ve been in trouble because of it. Days ago I received an order and I started making my way to the restaurant right after then the hub team called me telling me I was messing around and not going to the restaurant as the order apparently had been assigned for a while. Also I got a negative performance for being too quick with deliveries. Yep not joking they believe I deliver the order before I actually deliver it which is not true.

Not a market leading app
I am not able to call the customer from the app. Need to fix the bug. Before i can, but now I don’t know what happened.
Map not accurate and sometimes we reach in a different location. Better use google map directly.

A buggy mess
Call button does not work since the last update, making some orders impossible to complete without involving dispo. The app is unable to sleep if left open meaning it will drain 10 percent overnight despite not being open . Justeat are losing a lot of money over riders not being able to call customers if there is an issue

Absolutely horrendous.
Horrendous app, Ranstead can terminate accounts as easy as a snap of fingers but can’t be bothered to fix bugs on this app. Regardless if you allowed notifications on this app most of the time it won’t alert you for the job unless you open it up, with of course the bombardment of JustEat calls every few minutes. I’ve bought up the attention to the staff in the JustEat that the chat doesn’t work they replied with,” It’s not our fault that app doesn’t work, we can’t do anything about it”, and the call dispo is only for emergency so good luck getting in touch with them about anything serious. The app needs to be fixed as soon as possible because it is causing many problems to me and many other users at this point.

So unbelievably bad
You physically could not have made an app worse than this. Take a delivery app such as Deliveroo or Uber, strip it of everything extra such as settings, options etc. Completely remove any user friendly interface so you’re left with a blocky, basic and poorly coded app experience. And when you’re left with the bare minimum an app needs to allow drivers to deliver with, ensure that every single component of the app is riddled with bugs, stops working entirely at times, and altogether ruins your day. That’s the scoober app in a nutshell

Worst app ever
Chat/message centre does not work, when you're assigned a new job it doesn't ring, vibrate or anything, it pops out just a small window telling you you have a new job. But you can't see that message or hear it if your screen is locked or you're browsing trough your phone. Have to stay constantly with the app opened. Cheapest app for a big company. Well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Needs to be improved
Sometimes we do have trouble with orders that have been cancelled by the customers but we never find out untill we get on the restaurant because our app will never notify about it (that is a massive waste of time during shifts), another thing i noticed in the past few weeks is that when we talk with one dispo member the other one does not even know what i was talking about and i need to keep explaining the whole situation again and again.. is a nice system but we can make it better to be able to enjoy our shifts even more!
