Unless you want to spend the money, don't download this expecting a good quality game for free. All you get is 3 extremely boring levels which all require you to watch at least two ads each unless you want to pay 3.99$

You can't do ANYTHING in this game without ads popping up. And the worst part everything costed money so by the time I deleted this game all my money on my phone was gone that's $29.99 down the drain DO NOT PLAY

You only get the first 3 levels. Witch is the waiting room, and getting both male and female nurses ready by washing their hands. Not much fun.
