  • 介面醜、無法快速登入

    如標題,介面真的很醜;以為自己已經設定好快速登入,結果每次都要手動輸入。登入很不便利,根本不會想要常常使用,記帳功能好像很好,但我要記帳還要糾結這些,那我不如用其他記帳軟體

    謝謝您願意讓我們知道您的使用體驗,也很抱歉讓您產生不好的感受。 建議您可嘗試下列步驟: 1. 請您以密碼登入進去後於【三條線>個人服務>快速登入設定>取消快速登入】並重新設定一次快速登入。 2. 若重新設定還是無法使用,請您移除App並重開機,於Apple Store重新下載App後重新設定指紋/顏值登入。 若您仍無法解決該問題,請您透過本行客服信箱csr@fubon.com,或與本行客服(02-87516665)聯繫,將有專人協助您處理。
  • UX design of the app is not well designed

    The interface of the app is very poorly designed. I also have other Taiwanese bank apps… Fubon’s is by far the worst. I signed up Fubon simply because I shop at Costco in Taiwan where requires the assigned credit card to be used for payment. Fubon is run by one of the richest family in Taiwan, really can’t believe they don’t even properly invest on the app design at all.

Considering that Fubon is one of the leading financial institutions in Taiwan, it would greatly benefit the brand's image and reputation to align the design quality with its stature. By prioritizing a modern and user-friendly design, you can provide a more satisfying experience to your customers and reinforce your position as a top-tier financial institution.
