It’s intuitive to use and has most the same functionality as on the computer.
Use case: I was watching my young kids while also being notified of a customer that needed my input. I was able to handle all of it in minutes from my phone!

More features and stability please
Adding touch points keeps causing the app to crash and blank touch points to be added to the timeline.
I may be missing it but I can’t see how to edit a task.

Basic and too many push notifications
I love totango as a software. The iPhone app gets the job done in a very cluttered way. Different health portfolio buckets would be great. Being able to tell totango which customers or buckets I care about would be great because currently, I have over 2000 customers, I don't want a push notification each time one of them changes health.
In general, the app does what it needs to do. I can assign tasks on the fly, I can see total customer health at a glance. Looking forward to the future of this.

Works really well. Let's you access your accounts health, trends and information very quickly. Search is really fast. Push notifications alerts on account health changes let you know in real time on which accounts to focus on.
