Great to Garbage
Worked amazingly when first purchased. Used the camera in several loss prevention spots in retail. Now you cannot adjust anything on a camera without the app crashing. Very disappointed.Stinger CVMA
Does not work
Can connect directly to cam via its own SSID but as soon as you try to press settings to connect to my local network app keeps crashing. Cannot configure at all so waste of time purchasing the cam.Annnnnnnnnnonnnnnn
Useless
Would give it zero stars if possible. The camera will turn on and generate an image on your phone, but only through its own hotspot. If you try to open the settings as called for the instructions, the app just closes. Reinstalling did not change anything. Other users report the same issue. App support just returns a dead webpage. I am having the same issue as others trying to use this app for my cameras. Worked great then crashes now. The app created for PC phones works great. I got my sisters phone and installed app and hooked up cameras fine, all works. However, my iPhone still didn’t until I got an upgrade to a 14. Still had app loaded and went to search for cameras and it automatically saw all 3. Awesome cause I was gonna buy different ones. Don’t have to now. If you have iPhone try that, you might get lucky. Still can’t go into settings as it still crashes but at least I can use cameras now to view, take a picture and video. Hope this helps someone.Show lesscrappy app hater's club
Used to work great no longer can connect to it
I used to be able to do everything I loved this camera! I can no longer connect it to Wi-Fi since changing internet providers and I am able to connect to all my other devices upsetting I have to get rid of this camerameme10805
App waste of time
App doesn’t work at all even if I had it before and used before. Once you disconnect the camera for any reason, won’t connect again. Totally waste of time.Giorgio Pg

Meh it kinda works
The app used to work great. Now all you can do is look at your camera. Every time i click on anything like settings, it force closes. So I cant turn on or off basic functions of my camera anymore, or even setup wifi. Hope he updates it at some point.Casperx333
