Horrible mobile deposit
I have multiple banking apps and this is by far the worst app I have ever used. I try MULTIPLE times to deposit a check via mobile without any success. I even bought a special made stamp so that the image capture software can read the “mobile deposit only” on the back and it still doesn’t work. I am lucky that the tellers are friendly because that is the only way to deposit checks with this bank. Sorely disappointed.Show lessfairfield county bank user
Can’t Deposit Checks!
Love my local branch but would really like to be able to deposit checks. Every time I take a photo of my check is rejected, but I am easily able to deposit it at Chase or TD Bank. Looking for an upgrade my friends! Thank you!EGKBuzz
