Description of Accenture CAS Mobility

Mobility Solution including Retail Execution (RE) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) for Consumer Goods manufacturers. Creating stronger customer connections by empowering management and field sales teams to deliver more targeted, consistent, compliant and successful promotions resulting in brand growth… The solution provides broad functionality to enable multi-role field users to plan effectively, complete surveys, identify out-of-stocks and take orders. Support DSD processes throughout the planning stages and driver tours, from start-of-day activities such as vehicle checks to end-of-day monitoring of returned or unsold products. Features include Visit Planning, Execution & Route Management, Questionnaires & Surveys, Picture taking, Visit Notes, Asset Management and Order taking, Call Calendar (daily & weekly calendar, drag & drop), Event based planning (by job lists), Daily report & ‘To-Do’s’. With additional Delivery Execution capabilities including delivery of pre-ordered goods, ad-hoc van sales, empties & return handling, complex pricing, mobile printing and barcode scanning. The manufacturer’s field users are adding value to every call with the latest information available at their fingertips—including promotional compliance information, order management, exception reporting, customer information and off-line pricing they are empowered to make decisions, win business and give their brands the best chance of success.
