Wish the app will have support for floating windows
When watching videos or live broadcasts, it would be extremely helpful if we could leave the app while keeping the video playing. N12 app released that functionality on iPhones not long ago. Experience changing!udabby
Black screen on live option
Love the app used to work but for the past few days from North America black screen on live and when tryouts nag to contact and report a problem. Thanksgshsbsudhbe

I used to be able to listen to the app while opening other apps, now the sound shuts off as soon as i click away or when i hide the app. why?tpaphoto

Hi, Due to the situation in Israel in recent days, there has been an increase in hostile attacks on Kan's servers. As a result, we are forced to block the browsing from abroad temporarily. Our technical team is working to open browsing for users overseas soon. We apologize for the blockages and browsing difficulties and hope you understand. I am an israeli living outside of israel, this was my only form of news and i would listen to the radio regularly. Recent update has blocked that for me, this is very frustrating! I understand blocked shows and other forms of content but i just want to keep up with the news. רשות השידור הציבורית, this should be free for the public regardless if they live in or israel or out. I dont understand why after so ling you decided to block access it is a shame, please let me listen to the news again 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Show lessgolannnnnnn

Hi Golan, There could be a couple of explanations for content restrictions outside of Israel. Some are related to copyright issues, while others involve geographical blocks implemented to protect the IPBC from server attacks. App not working!
I love כאן11 and have enjoyed their content for several years from outside of Israel with some shows unfortunately but understandably blocked probably for copyright reasons. But ever since the latest update the App doesn’t work and the screen for watching live is literally blank just a black screen as well as the radio stations don’t play! This is ridiculous and for the past several days the app is completely useless and I’m very disappointed!Show lessTaltal22
