Updating library
That is all it does. Never finishes.

Great magazine - terrible app. Please get rid the the updating library thing. I sometimes want to read the magazine when I don’t have WiFi access and this “function” (or whatever you call it) doesn’t allow me to do so. Please get rid of it! PLEASE!
Worthless
Recently subscribed. Worked fine for a little while. Now when I open the app it just hangs on "updating library". Have tried contacting customer service several times with no response. I want it fixed or my money back. Will be contacting credit card I paid with soon and file a case.
No steps forward and three steps back
The last update used to take forever to load, then it started to “restore purchases” with no prompting........and now it won’t stop trying to restore, uninstalled the app twice, no luck, whenever I launch the app it churns away trying to restore, I don’t even get the opening credits!
Will not update or give access to my publication.
This is a recent problem. Please update.

This app desperately needs an update, it’s been many months now that the app crashes when trying to open a new issue. The only thing that works is to delete and redownload the issue, sometimes more than once. C’mon guys, it’s been a year now since the last update. We’re on iOS 11 already, and this app didn’t even work on iOS 10.
